In mid 2019, LMI completed a full renovation and the interior decorating of this home in the Houston neighborhood of West U. However, a work-transfer forced them to sell just a few months later in March 2020. The new homeowners, a young family, also with two sons, moved in and reached out to LMI to help them achieve some of the things they loved of the seller's home - our round one work - while adding in their own spin and vibe. Our new clients, in version 2.0, wanted to inject more color, pattern and less formality. We converted a formal sitting room to a cocktail lounge and focused more attention on the playroom for their growing boys and toys. This is the result - some similarities, some differences - all accomplished remotely and during the pandemic in just six months.
